Horrible they raised the price when ever they feel

They have more than doubled my rent in 14 months. Suckered me in with a good deal and then raise the rent every 3 months. Started at about $75/month in September 2023- rent will be $150/month after November 2024.

It’s not a bad place- clean and well lit, easy to move around in. The hours are annoying though, for me I work long hours and need to move things around at night but must be out by 9 even though no one is there either way.
Ok for a short term option but I would not rely on them not jacking up the rent.

Tyron in the front office is very nice and helpful.

Surprisingly the company stoped an incoming rent raise and left my rent alone at what I think is a fair amount for the space. Not sure why but seems very decent, especially in this age of inflation. Appreciated it a lot!

I have had a number of different units over the years at this facility. I have always received the unit clean and in good condition. The entire place is well maintained. I've seen a number of service people here too and the most recent, Karl, is the nicest guy who knows his stuff too. He made signing up for a new unit a breeze. (And he overcame a couple of glitches too). If you need additional space this is the place to come. I recommend it highly! And ask for Karl!
