Review:

I stopped in on Mill plain in Danbury. Joe was there pitching in for a vacationer he's usually in Stamford just and absolutely great guy and experience. He was also training a new man name Ang. I was watching and listening to Joe going over him as he was processing my account. Joe was so detailed with him step by step it was great to see. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. Was just a great experience

Review:

In the process of getting a storage unit and went down for information. I met Joe and he was extremely thorough explaining pricing, service/sizes, security and the process in general. He took the time to show me a unit and compared with other units. There are so many storage places in my immediate area but I will be going with Public Storage based on the service that I received from Joe today!
