Public Storage

Been using the storage for years. Tyrone helped me with all my questions when moving out. He was helpful and made it easy. Thanks !

Premises and grounds are always kept clean. The automated gates that open from my app are appreciated. However navigating my account from the app was less than stellar as I tried to close my account after vacating mid month. Tyrone was extremely helpful as the app was about to penalize me for a late ‘vacate’ when truthfully, I vacated early as I paid for the full month in advance. Tyrone was pleasant and a real credit to the Public Storage team at the Danbury facility..

No issues and I love how I can use my phone, in combination with the public storage app, to open everything!
Update, touchless entry no longer works, having a low car makes it rather difficult to reach the keypad and the high curb is close to the keypad, so you have to be careful not to scratch your rims...

Tanya and Karl are the best! I was having difficulty with the system and last minute they helped me figure out how to get the last unit available and exactly the one I wanted! Excellent work and customer service!!! I love this place!
