Awesome and clean facility. Supportive staff. Very easy to reach location. Mark was very helpful and showed us the facility and helped identify a proper sized one for our needs

Spoke with Kaitlyn the division manager and she was very rude and unprofessional ! I recently signed up and she told me that they could not waive the late fee and did not want to really assist me . She told me
I had to read my contract and the fees. I am a manager and for an office rental facility and I would never ever talk in that manner to a new or existing client. Unacceptable and a lack of customer service. If you are looking for a storage look elsewhere. Fees are hidden!

Wonderful experience! Gina was so helpful, informative, and kind when helping us decide what is the best decision for getting a storage unit for the first time! Gina sold us on this place… highly recommend!
