Tammy helped me last week when I was moving in. I asked her to change the storage I initially had as I wanted to be on the 2nd floor. She found a new unit, explained everything to me in a simple way and made things happen. She was very attentive to my needs and very focused on providing great customer service. Thanks Tammy!

Location is clean and orderly. The access devices for the gates are clunky and require repeated input of your code before opening.

Unreliable and unprofessional. No signage to explain why the doors are locked and I’ve been sitting outside for 30 min. Customer service (phone call) isn’t doing anything to resolve it.
