Signing up with Cynthia was such a pleasure. She took us around, showed us how everything worked and got us the unit we were looking for. A seamless transaction. She explained everything so well. Can't say enough good things about Cynthia! My only feedback regarding the storage facility is that they need to have more carts to move your stuff. We of course, have to come on the weekend and there just aren't enough carts. We waiting for quite a while, 45 minutes, we one to be available. Please consider having more available and possibly a sign up for other users to return as soon as they are done so others can use them.

Cyntya was very professional and nice when I went to get a storage space for the first time. She was so friendly and nice. Would recommend this storage anytime.

Clean building. Felt secure. Easy to set up and easy to close up. Front desk is always helpful in person and over the phone.. No complaints, if I need a storage unit again in the future I’d use this location.
