me and my dad was at public storage in hillside earlier today and i must say kenneth is so kind and you can tell he is genuine with his responses he not just a worker that gives a fake smile he genuinely cares for the customer we asked him 1001 questions and he answered them all with a smile he showed me multiple size spaces so i can determine what i really need he has great customer service skills and i am very appreciative of him for making me feel so welcome
