Customer service rep Angelo was horrible. I was trying my to tell him that the storage I had was too small and I needed another one and was not listening . He used to do so and I kept asking for the manager and a number to call to make a complaint and he refused. He went back and forth with me and yelling at me like a crazy person every time I asked him to speak so someone else and to his manager . Then he told me he didn’t have a manager and refused to give me his name .
