Both Aaliyah and Angelica went above and beyond to make the process seamless, answering all my questions with a smile and ensuring I felt confident with my choice. Their outstanding customer service truly stood out, and I could tell they genuinely care about their customers.

I had a great customer service experience today at Public Storage. I popped in the hillside location and had the pleasure of meeting Kenneth. I requested a tour of the larger units so I can better describe which type and size works best for my needs. Kenneth was very professional, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. He answered all of the questions I had, provided recommendations and explained the products and services very well. He didn’t know who I was but as a manager in the customer service field, Kenneth is definitely someone I would have on my team. Keep up the great work! I’m happy to be a new customer as well as I would definitely recommend this location to friends, family and colleague’s.
