CAUTION - DO NOT rent from Public Storage!
I have been a repeat customer, moving my belongings back into a 10x10 unit in February 2023, agreeing to a monthly fee of $211. Every few months, the company sends me an email stating that my rent is increasing another $35+. Not even two years later, my monthly fee is approaching $400 - which is $100+ more than my 2024 luxury SUV car payment.
It took me 20 minutes to find a working phone number and speak with a supervisor. She did not even offer to waive the absurd increase. I will be moving everything out of my unit ASAP and would encourage any existing customers to do the same. This organization takes complete advantage!!!
