I wish I never had to move my stuff there and now being there for about 8 months already I had 3 rent raises I mean almost 40 dollars each time the property is never attended by anyone that can help you even make a payment such as myself you call Briana you live a message and you never get a call back very unreliable can't wait for the weather to warm up and I'm out of there don't recommend this place if they had no star rating I will have given it to them, stay away from this place!

So this storage unit is the best unit that I've used in the area around howell.. I needed help with a couple things and CJ was great.... Answered all our questions any issues we had CJ took care of them... CJ said he was going to give us a call back in a couple days and he did.. CJ was very friendly when we came in he was very helpful the process was very quick no issues.. thank you CJ

Everytime I come to the Howell location to pay my bill Brianna is the one that takes care of me. She is always so pleasant and always takes the time to answer any concerns I have . Thank you Brianna...kind help is hard to find.
