Attempted to move out of my 10x10 unit in building D to smaller unit in building C today
except outside door to building C was stuck. Left message for property manager during office hours and ended up having to cancel my helpers and leave because it was a waste of time to sit there.
Now I will have to pay another month for this unit.
Rent increases are astronomical. Dead mice, moth larvae, and mold caused me to have to throw out about $2,000 of my items. I am trying to pursue an insurance claim with my insurance. Rodents can easily get in through the unit back wall that leads to outside.

Mike was extremely helpful and friendly. Super seamless and easy to rent here. Place is clean and prices are reasonable - do expect increases on rent but thats just how the world works . Also, dress appropriately as indoor units aren’t climate controlled. Thanks again -Bryan (former renter)

This one is not climate controlled. Doors are still orange here. They’re sending referrals to the new place in Randolph.

Great facility! Dave was very friendly and helped answer all my questions. He even helped me with a few boxes. I would definitely recommend this location for others to use.
