Theodosia provided us with the greatest customer service ever. They were patient and kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. They were extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location!

The people that work here are amazing and go above and beyond their normal work load to accommodate you. One employee in particular, Dexter, noticed I was alone after assisting me in upgrading my unit. He was done for the day but stayed after his shift was over to make sure I was safe and felt comfortable. He assisted me while I moved my stuff from one storage unit to another even though he didn’t have to. I am forever grateful for his generosity because there aren’t many people who would have done that. It’s people like Dexter who make one storage facility better than the rest and because of him I will recommend this facility to everyone I know.

The facility and rental unit are clean and easy to access. Theodosia was incredibly helpful in getting my accounts and unit setup and working out the best deal for me.
