I've rented a unit here for about six months. They recently underwent construction, remodeling the doors on my unit and a few others. I wasn't able to access my unit for a week, which isn't the issue. The issue is that once i was able to gain entry to my unit, everything inside was covered in mortar and cement dust. I have spent the last three weeks trying to get in contact with someone to handle the damage done to my property, to no avail. Every time I visit the site, the office is locked. No one returns messages or phone calls. Instead, they've locked me out of my unit and told me i owe a balance with interest.
Edit: so far, Amy has gone out of her way to try to amend this situation. She has been the only person actively trying to rectify this problem.
Edit: this matter has been rectified. Again, I want to thank Amy for going above and beyond to get the matter handled.

I caught the person working the office going into one of my units. He said he saw the lock off of it and was going to get it ready to rent out. Um, I have the unit till the end of the month and am in the middle of moving my stuff to a larger unit. What gives him the right to go into my unit while it is paid for through the month just because the lock was off it. This makes me wonder if I should find a place that doesn't have employees just randomly go into people's units
