The staff and facilities are nice and kept clean.
***However, in less than a year, I have had 3 rate increases (I expected one from the intro/starting rate). I rent an outside unit and an inside with climate control. Within a year of rental they are basically the same price, ~$10 difference.
If you want a unit, go with an inside one. The outdoor ones are less than 10x10 (subtract drywall and studs) as advertised anyways. The inside ones seem to be true 10x10 and kept at semi decent temps (60ish in the winter and 78ish summer). If they didn't raise the rates every 3-4 months, I wouldn't be writing this review.

I have to say that Aaron was absolutely wonderful and so helpful, he was just awesome.

One of the most difficult decisions to make is where to house your belongings and furniture. And let me tell yah, Jennifer at Public Storage made this challenging process SUPER EASY. On her little golf cart, Jennifer followed me around the public storage lot, showed me EXACTLY where my unit was, how to open it properly without injuring myself, how to successfully lock it and then close it. Jennifer, you are amazing.
