Review:
This is our 2nd time we needed to use Public Storage in the past 3 years. We had a great experience with the first and so we tried again. Wow, what a great decision. As sometimes happens, we had some billing issues on the first month's bill. Melanie jumped in, looped in her management in HQ, sent emails - and completely solved the problem. This is the kind of service we all should expect but is sadly lacking most places. Thanks Melanie!
