My experience with Karl was wonderful. He answered all of my questions, double-checked with managers, and made sure that I had zero issues while working with Public Storage. He is doing a great job!

Got a storage unit here and it smells OVERWHELMINGLY of pee in the parking lot!! It's SO gross! I'm not sure if people who work here use the lot as a toilet or every single person that drops their stuff off pees in the lot or homeless people use it as a toilet or what but it's so gross you have to walk through piss to get to your storage unit and then bring it back in your car on the bottom of your shoes. Nasty and something needs to be done about it!
