Just started using their facility. Met with Carol who gave me a tour of the facility and walked me thru the entire process including making sure my codes worked for entry.
She was a great reason, I started renting here. Hope all goes well in the future.

They raise you 10% a year. They just raised my 10'x20' storage unit.
To $ 839.00 per month. That comes to $ 50.34 per square foot. WOW You've been warned!!!

Do not use this facility if you value your belongings. First, they offer an online promotion without any fine print and wait to tell you any of the details until after the contract is signed. Then the manager will threaten you and terminate your contract, just because he can do so at anytime as per the contract. If you stand up for yourself they will start charging you made up fees such as a 'written notice' fee and put an overlock on your unit when you dispute anything.
