Today I rented a storage unit with Public Storage... I was very happy and pleased with the space [the storage unit] and with the discount that I received as well... The customer representative; 'Noel' was really a nice customer service representative. I really appreciate how nice he is; a really cool person, down to earth, friendly, I felt welcomed today... Thanks Public Storage for 'Noel'; he's a great customer representative [??]...
