M was a great help during my rental!

Noel at the Rockville centre was most helpful as always !!

It’s actually refreshing to know that in 2024 we still have people that are willing to go the extra mile with customer service. I’ve been with Public Storage for years and never had a representative like Noel. He notifies me about up coming payments, he calls me back immediately after leaving a message when in the past i’d have to call at least four times before anyone called me back. He’s patient, courteous and answers all of my questions. He’s a breath of fresh air because nowadays everyone is in a rush and not interested in helping. Noel is definitely one of a kind. A very nice young man. Public Storage is lucky to have him.

Although the renting process was quite simple it is honestly impossible to get here to bring items. The docking unit in the back is always occupied regardless of time and with the dollies provided there isnt enough room to manuver

Noel who runs this location is a rockstar!

He helped navigate the treacherous waters of “this reservation is no longer available” and get me the unit I needed at the right price, on short notice.

Definitely grab a unit here (if they’re available!)
