Since we had such great service last time we were there, we recommended this facility to another family member, and again, Dawn's professionalism and courtesy did not disappoint. She is thorough, friendly and patient. We appreciate her service very much and are happy to be repeat customers.

Awesome place to park my trailer and dealing with Dawn makes it that much better. She is very helpfully and knows her job well!!!!!

Dawn and Dan were very helpful in finding me a unit that for what I needed. The space was clean and climate controlled. Just what I needed.

I have a unit in Syosset but much prefer to deal with Dawn in Bethpage. She is always there to help and makes my transitions easier.

Bethpage location: Outside units don’t have lights so good luck during night time, is good only to storage cars, cars must be insured.. gate open from 6am to 9pm that’s the only positive thing I can talk about.. after I signed up all the paperwork I told the staff that I had the lock for the door in my house and they didn’t let me go for it I had to buy one from them so if you have your lock don’t forget it at home or you will have to spend more money buying another one from them.. for outside units you don’t have access to any bathroom so I recommend you that if you have an emergency go to the Burger King next to it.. if you don’t pay month to month on time staff will call you around 5 days later threatening you that you will not be able to use your unit if you don’t make the payment.. i understand about the payment but if they see that it have been only 5 days not one month of delay why you need to call me and tell me those stuff like I don’t pay if I have an entire year paying on time.. I’m moving because they are nice while you are signing the paperwork and that’s it.. I was referred by a friend and he also moved to another company I will do the same
