Had a bit of a difficult situation with the kiosk. Meredith and Melissa were great at helping me secure the unit. They were extremely kind.

Unfortunately when I moved in (well tried to), there were holes in the walls & looks like possible asbestos protruding out of one of them. The lock pad was also very stiff & bent so it was very difficult getting my lock on it, & the blue tag they said that sealed it fell off as soon as I touched the lock pad. Of course they don't give refunds so I have to lose out on money for something thats their fault not mine, while finding another location for next month smh.

Meredith and Melissa provided excellent service
