Ris, the manager at the Miller Place NY location was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and took the time out to help my family. Ris will be the only person I deal with going forward because the service was A+. Highly recommend for anyone in the area. Public Storage has a stellar employee in Ris and should absolutely know it.

Rís is the best, made the transition back up to NY very easy. Always welcoming of questions, concerns or simply stopping by to say “hi”. I couldn’t recommend better anywhere else.

Not all public storage units are alike. Although I've yet to find one that i didn't feel was too expensive for me as rates increase, at least the staff at this location in Miller Place--Ris, specifically--make the occasional increase tolerable. Ris is helpful, mindful, and genuinely customer-centered which is a rare trait these days. I hope Ris is a valued as an employee.
