I’ve been renting with PS for quite some time. Anthony the manager is very polite and always goes out of his way to assist me with my storage needs.

Staff are very friendly and nice. They try to answer any questions you might have, so ask away!! Would highly recommend

Anthony and Dillon are great

I have been a PS renter for many years and I am very satisfied with this facility. I would like to commend the manager Anthony for his exemplary customer service! He was checking out a vacated unit across from the hall from mine and knew that I was looking for a another upstairs unit to move into. This was to facilitate going through everything I had in storage, with the least amount of transporting and aggravation. It has worked out perfectly-without a far “commute” to the new unit! I want to thank Anthony for his assistance in processing the paperwork expeditiously, as I had an anniversary party to attend that day. Thanks again to Anthony for looking out for this customer.

I would like to add an update to my previous review. I had a very good interaction with Dylan who was working this afternoon. He went out of his way to help me. he is accommodating and very easy to talk to. I appreciate this level of customer service and he went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you to Dylan and to Public Storage for the safekeeping of my stored belongings.
