Public Storage

I am never one to post a review, I have been renting a storage unit since Covid happened due to an unfortunate fire, things have gotten extremely expensive as we all know.
I have not needed to deal with any staff till recently. I cannot express my gratitude for all the customer service “Analia” at Northport has provided me. She has gone above and beyond her job any time I have had a question or concern, which is a rare thing these days.
As of several months back Analia did all she could in trying to help me find a suitable unit when downsizing. Every single time I have called or gone in person over the past few months, Analia has been absolutely superior, caring, professional and so very kind in her job, her customer service goes way beyond. I am very grateful for the wonderful staff here. If there were ten stars, I would give them!!! I highly recommend Public Storage in Northport. I recommend Analia as one of the best customer service staff I have ever had to work with in years. She truly has been a blessing during some tough times in doing all she can to help within her position.
