I had a very good experience with the service, Angela was very nice.

The problem with self storage at 601 sunrise hwy Patchogue is that they keep raising their prices every few months as much as 40.00. They get u by offering o e month free then once you move in they begin to charge more and more. I have used other storage and they don’t do it. Don’t rent from them unless you want to pay unless y ok want to pay
More and more. Also needs complete renovation to seal units from this type of problem. My light is duck taped and sometimes goes on and sometimes does not. This place is not worth the money they charge or the sneaky rate hikes. I am going to get this fixed asap

I have more problems with this place. Went to my unit and the tarp they have on the ceiling is destroyed. Rodents have started tearing it down and there is stuffing all over and some things are chewed up. My stuff also got wet. I want a unit that is clean and rodent proof. This place is older than the hills and they don’t care. Take the money and run. If they don’t offer me a new unit I am taking this further.
My unit got mice in it destroying my things and the gate keeps getting stuck and coming off rollers. They don’t
Care. Can’t wait to get out of there.
Don’t rent from them. RUN

I want to edit my review to tell everyone that the manager of self storage has fixed my issues. I have great respect for the storage and I now give a five star review
They are doing it again. Raised my rent 50 a month . They do this all the time and I am sick of it. If I knew that this place raised rent for no reason I would have ran from this storage facility. Anyway I have to get out of there and fast. Going broke. They have some nerve. My units are dilapidated with mice. The door doesn’t close properly and comes off the hinges. The establishment says well the place is old. Then stop raising rent. F I have to I will leave what I don’t have room for and get the hell out. If I could they would get a 0
