John was very helpful with me and my storage unit. He answered every question I had and double checked to make sure all was good once I did everything I needed to get done.

How I got here: I was forced to put mine and my children's belongings in storage while I search for a new home. The search has been hard and long, and not where I ever imagined myself. With that being said, I do like the convenience of Public Storage. I rent a large garage space and utilize the PS app to open and close the gate and also pay my rent. The facility feels safe and clean.

However, I was disappointed when I received a notification of a sudden $70 price increase. Fortunately, when I called the office, Brayan was very courteous and gracious, working with me to resolve the issue in a way that worked for me.
