Great experience! Tim helped us shovel infront of our unit today on his day off!

Worst customer service ever, first of all my friend was asking the worker nicely what time they close and they said they close the gate at 9 and was very rude to her, and then he pulled up to the gate at 8:57PM and they shut the gate off and we where stuck in there till we called customer service, what’s the point of having a storage unit if you can’t access it 24/7

Clean facility with very helpful kind and courteous staff. Tim a manager on site was very helpful explaining the gates, what the facility provides and how to safety enter and exit. I feel confident choosing this location to store my things.
