Today again Tim (on-site manager) exhibited tremendous customer service. Tim is a true professional whom you can trust.

Need to add this as he was off tim saw me having a hard time getting inside my space from the snow he came over to helpe get in my space GREAT service again Tim is always helpful and very professional and very knowledgeable he helped me out on what he could and made my day would recommend to go see him for your storage needs and place is nice and secure and clean been storing for a few years now

Redo Asi was at my space trying to get in with all the snow and Tim took it himself to come over and shovel the way so i can get in my space to remove some items and this was when office was closed always trying to make a snowy situation into something positive and funny Tim is always so helpful and very professional and very polite
