Excellent service from everyone we interacted with on site. The units are clean and well maintained. We recently closed out our unit and Tim made it exceptionally easy for us to close out quickly to avoid any additional charges at month end.

I’ve been a customer for a little over a month and I have to say that I’m a very happy customer now all thanks to Fran who’s great!

When I came to see the storage unit that I’m currently renting, a guy from another store showed me the unit. I think his name was Tim. The door on my unit wouldn’t stay up all the way and the part of the door that slides over where the lock goes wasn’t sliding over like it should. I asked if he could fix these issues and he told me he was from another store and to let Fran know so she can have someone take care of it. That was a major turn off for me but Fran took care of it without hesitation.

I appreciate the calls that I got from Fran when my unit wasn’t properly locked up or to see if there’s anything else that I needed. Fran is such an asset to the company and she provides excellent customer service.
