Omgggggg! Talk about amazing customer service! Today I needed to go to my unit and when I arrived I was upset to discover that the door to my unit was covered with inches of ice and snow. I didn’t have a shovel so I started using an ice scraper to try and remove enough snow and ice so I can actually get into my storage unit. A lovely employee, Fran! Love her! She saw me struggling from the other end of lot. Next thing I know, Fran is running towards me, with a shovel! How kind of her! It gets better, Fran shoveled my entire entry way and I was able to safely get into my unit. I’ve been to my unit several times and have had nothing but an amazing experience with Fran! This location is where it’s at. Best employee ever! Fran went above and beyond for me as things started off horribly when I realized I couldn’t get into my unit! Thanks Fran and Public Storage!

I'm in the process of expanding my business, and with four offices to furnish and a later move in date I had no where to store the office furniture. Fran and Mike was so helpful coordinating this move in, they both went above and beyond to help this process be as smooth as possible.

Definitely a great storage unit at an affordable price. There’s not always people there to help, but Francis is one of the best workers on the job. You guys should give her a raise lol

I appreciate Fran sending reminder calls and being polite. I always felt my stuff was safe here. She was always sweet and extremely helpful with all my questions and most importantly she was always patient.

Affordable, safe and secure. The unit is spacious and clean for myn1 bdrm apt. Mike was very helpful, highly recommend
