We rented a storage space and we were in the process of moving in to the unit and I forgot to lock it. The site manager placed a lock when they discovered it unlocked.
After calling the customer service number, and waiting for someone to assist on a Sunday, “T” was so helpful in getting me back in. We were very happy that we could continue to move in to the unit. She went above and beyond to help us when we really needed it and saved the day.

The property manager was very helpful getting our account setup. She also came out to help me when I couldn’t figure out how to open the unit when we first moved in. Thank you!
