If I could give zero stars I would for PM Eri!! She was very rude over the phone and refused to answer any of my questions!!! I would not recommend going to her site if you want good customer service!!! I’ve never had a problem with the other two public storage sites. Just this one

If i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT RENT A STORAGE LOCKER FROM HERE PLEASE. I care about the general public and humans as a whole, and im genuinely trying to do you a solid, LOOK ELSEWHERE. You will find better, CLEANER, more accessible storage facilities around. This place just bought out a previous owner, and they uped their rates by over $120. $120!!!!! They stopped cleaning the hallways, bathrooms, and units themselves when one gets flipped to a new customer. Their customer support is non existent, and heres the biggest and most shocking kicker of all; YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN BELONGINGS AFTER 9PM 7 DAYS A WEEK. Thats right i found out the hard way, i was moving out, and i have 2 to 3 loads left to go, and 9pm hit and got locked out. I had to pay another entire month ($283) to get the final possessions of my dead girlfriends mother out of the unit. These people are crooks operating within the confines of the law. I beg you do not give them business.

Ambrosia is absolutely wonderfull. She helped me with the process so easily. Helped with the gate code ( yes I did not this the #) she did not make me feel stupid or anything. I hope to always deal with her!
