I have tried to cancel my unit for 2 weeks, there is no way to speak to a person on the phone or at the location! Customer service sucks

Upon arriving to this location, I was greeted by the most pleasant and professional rep Stephanie. She was very informative and patient while I decided on the best unit that would fit my very urgent need, Thank you! Definitely recommend!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to obtain a storage unit from them. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
