Noel is a wonderful property manager. She was absolutely amazing in helping me resolve my concerns.

DO NOT RENT From this place. The rates are a lie. They will triple in a couple months. They have rats and your belongings will get damaged. It never clean, trash all over. Broken doors and elevator. Never any carts. I was told to hurry with my cart but when I needed one I was told there's only 2 in the building. Employees are very rude. They will steal from you. They falsely lie about your due date than auction off your unit without your knowledge and lie about the law on the rental units. The worse place ever.

I rented for public storage a 10x9. The price gauging. They raised the rent every 3-6 months I was paying 255.00 for a 10x9 unit. Customer Service is terrible. I called 4 times to let them know I was vacating, no one called me back. I had to go in person. The place I’d dirty. They don’t upkeep the facility. Got in the elevator, when it was working (usually out of order) the elevator smelled of dead mouse. The access doors to drive in was out of order, had to go to sliding to load, made the the job very difficult.
My storage unit was infested with mouse poop. When I complained all they do is tell you there policy and tell you you should have insurance. The property managers have no power, to give credit for the inconvenience. It’s just a fancy title with no power. They take no responsibility for the lack of upkeep for the facility. That all being said, Don’t Use Public Storage…Go somewhere Else. Don’t Waste Your Money ?…

Noel is Kindest person ever. Super helpful. Helped me get my first unit and upgraded me. Give this lady a raise please.
