I would love to know how this place has any positive reviews whatsoever: they have provided extra charges at every term. Rental fees for your rental facility if that makes any sense. They made it impossible for me to save my things that were irreplaceable family heirlooms and the last I had left from my grandparents. I paid from December to July without missing any payments. Then fell behind a month and they tacked on so many charges and were unwilling to even have a conversation about it. They sold my stuff so fast even when I came up with the money they told me it was too late and that I couldn’t even bid on the auction. I’m currently in talks with the better business bureau and a lawyer about there illegal contract small print that they think they have all figured out how to rob you legally. It’s a complete scam and anyone who wants to avoid a complete injustice of the law and will sell your entire life for 150 dollars on auction when you had the 600 they “said” I owed them with made up added fees and monthly raised rents without anything in writing to even make me aware of. I even went as far as finding the auction site either was being sold on and was the top bid on it when it ended. yet it ended and even though I was top bid it said that I didn’t win it or was even runner up. Then was told I was not allowed to bid on the unit by a girl named Jessica who had no reason as to why that was. What there doing is selling it to themselves then selling your belongings. If anyone else has ran into these issues with this place feel free to shoot me a message / email or response. Someone has to put a stop to what these people are doing and I am starting the process of court proceedings against them. If anyone else has been treated the same don’t lay down for them and fight back the right way with pen and lawyers. There is no monetary value I can place on things that were my grandparents who are long gone from this world. But I assure you I will do everything in my power to prove what these people are doing in court and hopefully be reimbursed for the stress and anguish this has caused for a single mother of two children who just lost there job and home and now everything that was inside of it. I don’t ever wish bad on anyone but the way I was treated by this group of people I have to make an exception.
