Hands down, the best experience renting from a storage unit facility. The associates at Public Storage in Harboro always go above and beyond with attentive service - not only are they friendly and professional, but they also maintain the property quite well.

In particular, Alex has helped me on numerous occasions and deserves more than a positive review! He has provided exceptional customer service and is one of the main reasons why I have kept my contract at this location for many years. Not only does he conduct business fairly, but he is also a kind human being.

This place is full of rats. I first went with this location because it was brand new and climate controlled. I took a unit on the third floor. Had items worth couple of thousands which probably are all damaged. I opened the unit and it was full of rats' droppings and urine. When I complained, I was told 'there is nothing we can do about rats'. This is really unacceptable and unprofessional.

Great service, friendly and clean

Customer service is superb at this location. Tyheed and Alex were very helpful with opening a storage unit. They recommended the perfect sizing for all of the items that I needed to store. The space is clean and very safe. You must have your code in order to get in the building. I love that if I enter from the rear that I can avoid using an elevator. I would recommend to family and friends.
