Maria is kind and friendly. She was attentive to my needs. She took time to explain the storage unit process, and showed me how the elevators worked. She is even willing to provide me with first floor access once a storage unit becomes available (due to my having bad knees and it’s difficult for me to climb stairs). She’s is a very nice lady.

My fiancée and I are moving out of philadelphia and needed a place to store some belongings and I found this place online. Reserved a locker so I could go in and see it, was met by the manager Maria and she was awesome! Explained everything to me. Let me see the locker before signing up and then walked me through the process. She also gave us some tips on having a storage locker for the first time and it was much appreciated! Definitely happy I went in and saw everything and signed up rather quickly and was out and about in less than 20 minutes. Thanks again Maria!
