Had my daughters dorm room items in this climate controlled unit. EVERYTHING in there was full of MOLD! The guy at the desk was very nice said he would contact the manager and let him know I would hear from someone the next day. crickets, I have heard nothing. We had to spend upwards of $500 to replace what was damaged. The guy said either the roof leaked or the hvac. For as much mold as was on everything I’m safe to say there was also no ac for a lengthy time. We placed items in storage in beginning of May and got them out aug 21. So three months and this is how bad the mold is. BEWARE! This is not covered under my ins because the damage is from their roof leak. Again Boone has even reached out. They do not care.
