The customer service team at Public Storage is exceptional, and their on-site associate, Maria, is just amazing. She is a wonderful ambassador for Public Storage. Her engagement, enthusiasm, and customer relationship management is textbook, and should be a model for customer service associates in any industry. She is a true gem!

Who knew that the process of renting a storage unit could be the highlight of my day! They took a bad situation - having my lease cancelled by my former landlord - and turned it into a very positive experience.
