My wife had issues reserving a storage location because of systems issues. However, when we got here, Harry was exceptionally helpful. He showed the available spaces and put us at ease since we needed to move things asap. Harry was thorough in making sure we understood all procedures pertaining to accessing and maintaining the storage space. This was very much appreciated and beneficial to me. Thank you.
