PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! The facility is clean and well maintained and I am happy I chose this company!

Terrible decision. I wanted an indoor unit for a few months after moving home unexpectedly because of a death in the family. We chose this location because of the good reviews. I opted not to get insurance that was a big mistake. I went into the unit to to retrieve some items for the kitchen and found that the unit had been damaged by water from a leak in the ceiling. I believe that the nice manager I have been working with left. The woman that was there was extremely disinterested in helping me. I called the corporate number and they assured me that the district manager would call me two weeks later I had not received a phone call. I called back to the Berwyn location and was told again that the district manager would call me. He is still not called me to this day. I’m actually saddened to think about the other units along this wall that have damage. You could tell that the entire back of the unit was wet and that this had happened before really disheartened. BUYER BEWARE
