I had some issues online and called the office. Oshane was so helpful in getting everything fixed and stayed on the phone to make sure everything went through like it was supposed to.

Inconvenience of messing up my account ? and never fixing. So I now have to go inside to make a payment instead of paying online.

Oshane at Norristown Public Storage is amazing! He is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and wants the customer experience to be the best it can possibly be. He took a tremendous amount of time to help me with the specifics of transferring from one size space to another. He explained and re-explained until I understood the pros and cons of the decisions I needed to make. He is an excellent customer service representative - he understands what customer services really should be! Kudos and thanks to Oshane!
