Stopped in to the KoP location to pay my bill (first time @ that location) & i was greeted by Annie.
Annie is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and kind! I needed to not only pay for the month but also to make some changes.
She offered her time to help with additional things; anyone else would have brushed me off or been disgruntled, but she wasn’t!!
She literally could not have been any nicer!!
Thank you again Annie!!

Great customer service

Today I rented a unit from the Bridgeport Public Storage. Nicole handled the leasing of the unit I rented. She was very efficient and thorough about everything that needed to be done regarding the paperwork and renting the unit, and she helped me select the best unit for my storage needs. She was very friendly yet highly professional. I went to several other Storage companies in the area and even closer to where I lived, but Nicole’s was far more thorough and didn’t seem rushed in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend using the Bridgeport Public Storage for all your storage and moving needs.

They put a $44 lien fee on my account for $1.45 and the lady told me she wasn't going to call me $ I.45 when I spoke to her about my account, and customer service told me they cut and remove it. A $1.45 smfh

And by the way I paid the amount the lady told me I had to pay which was $60 not $61.45
