Public Storage

-5000 stars, there is a lock on my unit and I cannot move my stuff in. The property manager is not returning my calls. Customer service offered me another unit but I would have to pay for another lock. They have already stolen 51 from me on the unit that they were supposed to have ready for me. This place is running illegal business practices and will be reported. Do not use this facility

Nicole is amazing! She made sure my storage was locked and secured. She truly relieved my stress by following up on the phone and sending me photos, so I knew my storage was protected. Thank you Nicole! You are the best.

This was the first time that we have used a storage facility and we were very happy with the facility, which is spotless and the communication between Annie and us was great!

Right now, I would say a 1 star because, I have not yet received the lock for the storage bin and i am unable to store my items. I have called and left a message for the storage manager and have not receive a phone call back.
