The lady that was there, I think her name was Sheyanne, really helped me with my unit with a positive attitude and I was able to be in and out. Great customer service!

The customer service at this store location is great. The stores representative Nyya was very helpful. She was fast and efficient with helping me upgrade my storage unit to a bigger space, and helped me clearly understand the process of moving units! No complaints here!

Shoutout to the manager of this location, Ian! He was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my experience renting a storage unit. He showed a level of care that you don’t get with other companies like CubeSmart. Ian made me feel very confident with my choice of Public Storage.
