My expectations for storage.

1. Efficent
2. Price competetive
3. Offerings
4. Clean
5. Well managed

Not hard stuff, easy money and build it and they will come.

Been with this location since almost when they opended and it has gotten worse each year.

Was nice in the beginning.

1. Outrageous price increases for long term and loyal paying customers who pay on time.
2. Dirty - place is filthy and not cleaned enough. No accountability to make customers or employees clean, not enough staff.
3. Banged up, doors, hallways and no repairs.
4. Employees - Not on the ball.
5. Management - Tone deaf and don't care to call you back, leave - they don't care. Supply and demand - eventually it will hurt.
6. Climate control - Absolute joke, don't pay extra - it is freezing in the winter and beyond disgusting in the summer, they have had problems with the climate in the 'climate controlled' areas for years and give answers of fluff.
7. Act like they are doing you a favor for anything you ask, I pay $4000+ a year and they don't care.
8. Security - Honestly, do not feel secure here at times - some creepy folks in and out of this facility.

Will leave at some point, like most - more hassle with the amount of time I spend here.

Many places to store things

Dealt with terry today today and was very friendly, quick, explained everything in detail and had a great personality! A lot better than couple years ago with some of the staff. Terry was great .
