Dealt with terry today today and was very friendly, quick, explained everything in detail and had a great personality! A lot better than couple years ago with some of the staff. Terry was great .

I'm stuck in this place (as many people are) and they know it. They jack the prices up high. It's a ridiculous price jump but they know you're most likely not going to go through the trouble to move your stuff to another place. So you really get stuck. It should be illegal honestly. I won't recommend this place to anyone... Unless you have a ton of money to just throw away.

I'll give the positive side. It is clean. It is secure. And the technology used to come in and leave is a nice convenience. But the price still sucks enough to make me not care about the comforts of the place.
