I tripped and hurt my arm because the lights go off after like thirty seconds of no motion. I’ve asked management about this ten times and requests are ignored. Thirty seconds is not enough time to look through your unit. It’s absolutely ridiculous. If I happen to get hurt again I will consider legal action.

I’ve been a customer at this facility for a few years and it’s very clean ,it’s safe ,and Staff is customer oriented. One or two times I’ve had questions or concerns the property manager Brandon has gone above and beyond in a very timely fashion to accommodate and remedy the situation.
I recommend this facility to anybody looking to have a good experience renting a storage space!

Public Storage bought this location several years ago. The previous owner was friendly and very helpful. I haven’t run into any of the new staff. Our rates keep going up and now they’re twice as much as when they first took over. I would recommend going with an independent/family owned storage company and I plan to asap.
