Unacceptable customer service, no one there 2 days in a row during business hours. Do not use this facility. Go down the road to Extra Space

No one working, no one answering phone (over 2 days). Access to unit was completely unclear. When I called to ask for a refund they refused to give back the admin fee. Go to Extra space storage nearby. They’re actually staffed.
